Opportunities

The World Scout Jamboree offers so many opportunities! Not only will you have the opportunity to travel to another country with a great group of kiwis, you will also meet people from different countries and experience cultures from all around the world. Some of these people will become great friends which you will have for a lifetime. You will have the opportunity to try out and learn lots of new things while you're away - including camping alongside 40,000 young people from 169+ different countries.

Itinerary

This is our current plan that may change before registrations open:

Thursday 20 July - Saturday 22 July: Auckland Orientation

Saturday 22 July: Fly to South Korea

Sunday 23 July- Friday 28 July: Pre Tour

Friday 28 July: IST leave for World Scout Jamboree

Monday 31 July - Thursday 10 August: World Scout Jamboree

Friday 11 August - Monday 14 August: Post Tour

Tuesday 15 August: Land back in Auckland

Location, Location, Location!

The 25th World Scout Jamboree will be held in Saemangeum, Jeollabuk-do Province, South Korea. However, we will be visiting other places too!
