The Team

Justin Stewart

Justin has been in Scouts since he was in Cubs. He has been involved in many National and International Scout Events including recently being the Contingent Leader for WSJ 2019 in US. 

In between Scouts, Justin is a Project Manager at Xero and enjoys travel both around Aotearoa and the world.

Becca Hagen

Deputy Contingent Leader - Finance and Administration

Becca has been in Scouts since her son joined Keas in 2015. She has been a leader in Keas, Cubs and Scouts and went to the 2019 WSJ in USA as IST. 

Outside of Scouts, Becca works part time as a childcare & teacher aide reliever. She enjoys being active, baking & exploring new places.

Ross Jordan

Deputy Contingent Leader - Logistics

Ross has been through all of the sections since joining as a Kea. He has been involved with many National and International Scout Events, though this will be his first World Scout Jamboree!

Ross is also a Contact Centre Engineer with Vodafone. He enjoys getting into the outdoors when possible and is increasingly interested in photography.

Ashleigh King

Ashleigh joined Scouts Aotearoa as a Scout, and has travelled around seven different countries with Scouting throughout her years as a Venturer, but this is her first World Scout Jamboree!

Outside of Scouting, Ashleigh is studying a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in photographic lens practices. She enjoys travelling and photography.

Vincent Rijlaarsdam

People, Culture & Wellbeing Manager

Vincent grew up in Dunedin, started in Keas and progressed through the youth sections. He has been a Scout Leader and Crew Leader, and is currently on the National Board as Deputy Chair. He's been involved with National events and attended International events, though this will be his first World Scout Jamboree.

Professionally, Vincent is a technology consultant. He also loves boats and planes.
